Hostal Samichay - Cusco

In this accommodation, we found a cozy and welcoming atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff. the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the city center with many good restaurants and shops nearby. the rooms were kept clean and tidy with comfortable beds, warm showers, and reliable internet. We enjoyed a tasty breakfast with freshly made coffee and delicious bread. the hotel also offers private parking and fun facilities like a talking parrot and a pet cat. Unfortunately, the hotel lacked adequate lighting in some of the rooms.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. They picked me up from the airport and offered me a delicious breakfast, even when I had to leave very early in the morning. The hotel facilities were very clean and tidy, including the bed and bathroom. The warm water and fast internet available in the room were great. The location was convenient, with cheap transportation options available to the city center, not too far away.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The breakfast was pretty good. , the rooms were good and clean. One of the best things about the hotel was the location - close to the main street with lots of shops and restaurants. Another advantage was the easy access to transportation. It was convenient for me to get around from the hotel.

I didn't like that it was a bit noisy. Don't expect a peaceful sleep.

The room was quite small and cramped, and there was no natural light coming through the windows, which made it hard to relax during the daytime. The bathroom was not well-maintained and was not cleaned properly between guests. Furthermore, the hot water was unreliable and was inconsistent throughout my stay. Overall I would not recommend this hotel for a city break, as the negatives definitely outweighed the positives.
